Property alerts are great for buyers and sellers. Obviously for buyers, this is a way to share new listings but for sellers, it’s equally as important for them to see what’s going on in their community during the pre-list and listing phase! Why not just use the MLS for this— well, every MLS is different and some are not super user-friendly, plus keeping clients in a CRM allows you to do additional marketing and see which properties clients have viewed.
