Implementation Over Inspiration: Over four months, we’ll tackle the 8 core pillars of building a high-performing team (more on those below). Each week follows a powerful rhythm: one week you’ll join a live coaching session or workshop diving into a new pillar, and the next week you’ll put that lesson into action in your business. Every training is followed by an implementation week– so you’re not just absorbing ideas, you’re immediately executing with our support and accountability.
