Follow these steps to set up or cancel ListTrac Seller property reports in the RMLS

Why use ListTrac reports? They keep sellers up to speed on the online activity for their listings. You set these up once and schedule them to automatically go out to your clients. BONUS: If you’re using our TC Services, the team will set these up for you!

Not only is this a great way to communicate activity to your clients, but you can also extract a ton of data and talking points from these reports. For example, if your listing is receiving a high number of views but no showings, you may have an issue with presentation, price, or both.
