Buyer Representation Agreement

Congratulations on your new buyer! It is time to get the Buyer Representation Agreement and associated documents signed BUT before DocuSigning them, there are a couple of email templates in Google Drive that will help explain the commission changes and the BRA to your client:

After the client is comfortable with everything, you can click here to watch a tutorial on how to apply the correct template in Zipforms and send the BRA to your client.

The required documents you will want to have signed/initialed are listed below and attached:

•  Disclosed Limited Agency Agreement For Buyers

•  Oregon Real Estate Agency Disclosure Pamphlet

•  Buyer Representation Agreement

•  Advisory Regarding Real Estate Compensation
