Zipforms Overview + Bonus Templates
Lots of different contract programs out there. We use Zipforms to DocuSign. Here's a quick overview, and a way to set up templates to make your life easier!
PRO TIP: Zipforms Templates for the Win
Did you know that you can create templates in Zipforms containing all required listing and transaction paperwork based on property type? This way, you don't need to recreate the wheel every time you have a new buyer or seller, and you can ensure you have all the documents you need the first time! Even better....if you are part of the INNER CIRCLE or using our TC Services, we'll get this set up for you.
Follow these simple steps:
Log in to your Zipforms account
Click on "Templates" (at the top) > "Forms and Checklists"
Click "New" and then select either "New Listing" or "New Purchase of Offer"
Name the template (e.g. "Listing | Vacant Land - OR"), select the "Category", make your Auto Apply selection, and click "Save"
Click on "All Forms" on the right hand side and choose the forms you would like to be a part of your template
Repeat this for each transaction type you do and for each state in which you are licensed
When you create a new listing or transaction in Zipforms, just click "New", select either "New Listing" or "New Purchase of Offer", and "Select Template" near the bottom of the new pop-up window.
