Pre-list Process + Supplies
Boxes, Card Holder + Stuffing
This is by far my favorite thing to do before any listing appointment. Actually, I don't know why you wouldn't do this for every single listing appointment!!!! And if you haven't heard me say this yet, here's a little reminder.....I have gotten 100% of the listings I interviewed for by taking these steps.
Purchase these boxes. You want A4, shallow.
Purchase these picture frames.
Purchase this type of package filler. Amazing how far 1lb of shredded crinkle paper goes!
Ok, so.....you are going to fill the bottom of the box with some of the filler, lay a copy of our beautiful Sellers Guide on top, then put a business card in the center of the frame, lay that on top of the guide and then write a handwritten card that says something along the lines of—
Hi Sarah,
Thanks so much for reaching out about selling your home! I’m looking forward to meeting with you on Tuesday. Before we get together, I wanted to send over a bit of info about me, my team, and our brokerage. I’ve included our Sellers Guide — it’ll give you a great overview of the selling process and what you can expect when working with us.
Looking forward to seeing you soon!
All the best,
Rebecca
Put the handwritten note in the box, wrap it with a beautiful ribbon, and overnight it to the seller. Don't drop it off.....that could be awkward and that's not what we're going for. My favorite part about this process is that sellers always have questions for me when I arrive. This allows me to spend time talking about what's important to them. No one wants to be presented to!
The whole process also helps us stand out above the competition!
Go get those listings!!!!
